Details: Virtual Collaboration with Global Teams

Professionals working across geographic and cultural boundaries my find that day-to-day skills are not enough to successfully navigate issues that arise in virtual teams. Technology has made virtual work possible, but cultural and communication skills make it productive. In this interactive and engaging presentation, we will discuss and practice the relationship and communication skills needed at the higher levels of managing globally distributed teams.

About the Speaker: Ric Taylor 

Ric Taylor is the owner of Touchbase Coaching and Counseling.  He offers counsulting and training for mid-level professionals who want to improve their people and relationship skills so they can more easily move into leadership positions.  Ric has a lon career as a project manager, marketing professional and a psychotherapist working with men and couples.  He has a BA in Mass Communications and a MA in Psychology.
