Our special keynote speaker is Corinne Hancock who will be presenting “Thriving in Chaos – High Performance Leaders and Teams”.
Description: In business and in life, we’re put to the test not when things are going right, but when they go wrong. How we react can be the difference between success and failure, and determine whether our team comes together or falls apart. Learn strategies to adapt your thoughts and plans on a moment’s notice, lead through uncertainty, and create success from chaos.
Thriving in Chaos challenges participants to be at their best in challenging situations. Your team is on the front lines, making an impact with limited resources, and sometimes challenging clients. Explore how to stay in a mindset focused on solutions not problems – exploring who you are, and how you respond when challenges arise. Participants will get practical tools and ideas for how to rise to the occasion and to empower others, regardless of their situation.
What You’ll Get:
- Understand how your thoughts, actions and language impact others, and impact your ability to deal with chaos.
- Multiple ways to mentally prepare yourself to thrive in chaos, no matter the environment
- Tools and exercises you can immediately use to engage and inspires both yourself and your team regardless of situation.
Who is this for? Leaders, teams and volunteers who:
- Operate in chaotic environments with limited resources.
- Want new ways to collaborate with others effectively.
- Want to increase their effectiveness working with diverse populations.
- Seek to enhance the effectiveness of their communication.
