Energy Management, it’s a different way to view the tired ol’ “Time Management” type of conversation, and brings some novel and compelling ideas to the table. It allows us to transition from attempting to manage a finite concept like time into a potentially infinite resource that is our own energy. We’ll take a look at the six different facets of energy management and a few ways to take care of ourselves in those areas so that we become more efficient, happy and productive citizens of the world.
Miami-born beach bum turned mountain junkie, Brynn moved to Colorado three and a half years ago to finally create the life she’s always wanted in the state she’s dreamed of living in since she did Outward bound the summer before undergraduate school. Brynn is a Talent Development professional with a background in international affairs, French and teaching English as a second Language. She currently works at Vail Resorts as a Senior Specialist in Talent Development where she facilitates leadership development programs, new employee orientations and Insights Discovery for corporate employees. Brynn is an avid skier, hiker and swimmer. She spends her free time listening to jazz with her boyfriend and enjoying countless NPR podcasts.
